What you get
One of our team stays with the group from the welcome dram to the last question, rather than pouring and leaving.
Everyone leaves with the tasting mat and notes on what was poured, so the bottle can be found again afterwards.
A full alternative line-up for anyone not drinking, at the same seat and the same pace as everyone else.
How it works
Step 1
Rough date, group size and any preferences or things to avoid.

A written suggestion with pricing, within two working days.
Step 3
Deposits and payment are handled on cask23.co.uk or by invoice.
Step 4
Glassware, water, mats and food ready before anyone arrives.
