Glen Moray is a classic Speyside distillery with a particularly clear production signature: 60-hour fermentation, double distillation through three wash and six spirit stills, and American oak as the foundation of maturation. The result is a naturally light, fruity and floral spirit that takes well to the distillery's long-standing programme of wine and fortified-wine cask finishes.
